                   Picture yourself using input devices
As part of the community service requirements for your scholarship, you have volunteered to teach a brief computer literacy class to a group of middle school students at your community center. This week , you are discussing input devices, and you have asked the children to compile a list of input devices they seenig being used each day. You are bringing your smart phone and digital pen as exmples.

When class begins that evening , you are expecting rather obvious choices from their lists, such as keyboard and mouse . You are pleasantly surprised at how knowledageable these young students are . Two girls say they use a web cam to communicate with –out-of-town family members . One boy says his father uses RFID when he drives to work on the toll road . One student say that she uses the click wheel on her portable media player each day, and another mentions as iris recogition system that his sister uses at work . two students had visited a video acrade and used several gaming input devices, including game controllers,steering wheels, baseball bats , golf putters , and dance pads while playing video games . Another transfer images from her parents ‘ digital camera to the computer. One boy said his brother used a touch screen while serving in the military.
You had planned to use your smart phone and a digital pen to enter their answers so that you could illustrate pen input .
